How long can I stay?
Stays start at 30 days, under a standard residential lease. Many guests stay several months.
When is the home available?
The home is currently leased. It's next available February 6, 2027, and we're booking stays now. Reach out with your dates and we'll confirm.
What does the monthly rate include?
Rent, furnishings, electricity, water, WiFi, a covered parking space and a monthly cleaning. There are no separate bills.
How do I get to the Texas Medical Center?
Walk to Main Street Square station and take the METRORail Red Line south. It's about 22 minutes to the Medical Center with no transfers.
How many people can stay, and are pets allowed?
The home suits up to 2 guests. Small pets are welcome with a pet deposit.
Is smoking allowed?
The home is non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area outside the building.
What do I need to apply?
A short application with a background check, as required by the building. Leases are signed electronically.
I'm coming from outside the U.S. Can I still pay?
Yes. If your card isn't accepted by the rental platform, we can arrange payment by wire transfer.
